Leadership OS: The Operating System You Need to Succeed

Join us on Tuesday November 23 at a webinar lead by Shlomo Ben-Hur on his book, Leadership OS. He will be joined by Susan Goldsworthy, who will interview him.

Cutting against the grain of the leadership industry, Shlomo’s recently published book, which he co-authored with Nik Kinley, demonstrates that traditional leadership models are oversimplistic and do not consider the context in which a leader operates.

In this talk, he will show that when leaders rise to senior levels, their roles become less about doing things that directly drive results and more about directing and supporting others to achieve objectives. Based on his years of research, he will show how leadership success is thus not so much about having the right core capabilities, but about creating the right environment, or operating system.

Viewers will learn how to diagnose the impact they have as leaders and understand the OS they create.

Please join us on Tuesday 23 November, at 12:00 CET for a spirited discussion.
